The Airforce knows success in chaos
Lt Col John Boyed of the U.S Airforce developed a decision flow system for acting level headed in chaotic situations called the OODA LOOP. you may have heard of it. if not i would suggest you take a look at the out line on the U.S Airforce website. The acronym stands for:
Observe
Orient
Decide
Act
Loop stands for loop it.
The government loves a good flow chart, especially one that can be applied anywhere from combat to a hot dog stand. Take a look print a copy and try it out.
You can make it as simple or as complex as you may need.
